YouTube Says No Data Is Being Received
YouTube says it is not receiving data: check the key, the place is ticked and the stream has started, then try again.
The short answer
Check the key is current, the YouTube place is ticked in Streamdzy, and the stream has started. Restart the go-live, and check the connection.
How to do it in Streamdzy
- Find the problem in the list, and try the first step only.
- Check it again with a short test, before you go live or record.
- If it still happens, run the Health check and the upload speed test, and note what they show.
- Update Streamdzy from Settings, Updates, if the problem is one we have fixed in a newer version.
What to know first
Some problems come from the PC, the network or the platform rather than the app. Streamdzy’s checks show which one it is; a connection that is down cannot be fixed by the app.

Does it mean my PC is broken?
Usually not. It means the stream has not reached YouTube yet.
