YouTube RTMP Address Explained
What the YouTube RTMP address is, the stream key that goes with it and how Streamdzy sends the show there.
The short answer
YouTube gives an address and a key. Streamdzy sends your show to that address with the key, and the key tells YouTube which event the show belongs to.
How to do it in Streamdzy
- Open the platform’s live or creator settings and copy the stream key and address it shows.
- In Streamdzy, open Settings, Go live, add the place once, and paste the key.
- Connect a camera or a phone, then run a short private test and listen to the sound.
- Tick the places for the show and press Go live. Keep the key private.
What to know first
Platform menus change. If a name has moved, search the platform’s own help for “stream key”. Each key is kept encrypted on your PC.

Do I need both the address and the key?
