Streamdzy Update Not Installing
An update did not install: check it was downloaded, close Streamdzy so it can install, and try Restart and update.
The short answer
Let the download finish, then close Streamdzy so the update can install, or press Restart and update in Settings, Updates. Streamdzy tries again by itself, twice, and then waits for you to press the button.
How to do it in Streamdzy
- Find the problem in the list, and try the first step only.
- Check it again with a short test, before you go live or record.
- If it still happens, run the Health check and the upload speed test, and note what they show.
- Update Streamdzy from Settings, Updates, if the problem is one we have fixed in a newer version.
What to know first
Some problems come from the PC, the network or the platform rather than the app. Streamdzy’s checks show which one it is; a connection that is down cannot be fixed by the app.

The download did not match its checksum or the install did not finish. It is tried again.
