Phone Camera Permission Denied: Fix It
The browser on your phone refuses the camera: allow it in the browser settings, then join again.
The short answer
Open the phone’s browser settings for the site, allow the camera, and join again with the code. The browser must have permission before the picture can start.
How to do it in Streamdzy
- Find the problem in the list, and try the first step only.
- Check it again with a short test, before you go live or record.
- If it still happens, run the Health check and the upload speed test, and note what they show.
- Update Streamdzy from Settings, Updates, if the problem is one we have fixed in a newer version.
