Allow the Phone Camera in the Browser
Give the phone’s browser permission to use the camera, so the camera page can send the picture to your PC.
The short answer
When the browser asks, allow it to use the camera and the microphone if you want sound from the phone. The picture starts when you press Start.
How to do it in Streamdzy
- On the PC press Connect. A code and a QR code appear.
- Scan the code with the phone’s camera. The phone’s browser opens Streamdzy’s camera page.
- Press Start on the phone. It becomes a camera you can cut to, place and style in the scene.
- For the sharpest copy, let the phone keep its own full-quality recording; it is sent to the PC when you stop.
What to know first
A phone is a camera, not a second computer: its battery, heat and camera settings set the picture. Wi-Fi works well; a USB cable gives the steadiest picture. Use the webcam test to check the light.
