Phone Camera Keeps Disconnecting
The phone camera drops during the stream: keep the phone awake, on the same network and charged, and rejoin.
The short answer
Keep the screen on, keep the phone on one network, plug it in, and rejoin with the code if it drops. A strong Wi-Fi signal helps most.
How to do it in Streamdzy
- Find the problem in the list, and try the first step only.
- Check it again with a short test, before you go live or record.
- If it still happens, run the Health check and the upload speed test, and note what they show.
- Update Streamdzy from Settings, Updates, if the problem is one we have fixed in a newer version.

The phone may be sleeping or switching networks. Keep the screen on and the Wi-Fi steady.
