Game Capture Shows a Black Screen
Your game shows black in the stream: capture the game window, not the whole screen, and check the game is not in exclusive mode.
The short answer
Capture the game window, and check the game is not running in a mode that hides it from capture. Run the game in windowed or borderless mode if the capture stays black.
How to do it in Streamdzy
- Find the problem in the list, and try the first step only.
- Check it again with a short test, before you go live or record.
- If it still happens, run the Health check and the upload speed test, and note what they show.
- Update Streamdzy from Settings, Updates, if the problem is one we have fixed in a newer version.
