Camera Not Showing in Streamdzy
Your webcam does not appear in Streamdzy: check the connection, the permission and whether another app is using it.
The short answer
Plug the camera into a different port, close other camera apps, and check Windows privacy settings allow cameras. Then choose the camera in the scene.
How to do it in Streamdzy
- Find the problem in the list, and try the first step only.
- Check it again with a short test, before you go live or record.
- If it still happens, run the Health check and the upload speed test, and note what they show.
- Update Streamdzy from Settings, Updates, if the problem is one we have fixed in a newer version.
What to know first
Some problems come from the PC, the network or the platform rather than the app. Streamdzy’s checks show which one it is; a connection that is down cannot be fixed by the app.

The other app may be holding the camera. Close it, then restart Streamdzy.
