Stream With a Name Bar and Lower Third

Add a name bar or lower third that slides in for your name, a guest or a title, and press once to show it while you stream.

The short answer

Use the lower third extension: type the name and title, then press the button to show it for a few seconds. It works in the app and on your phone.

How to do it in Streamdzy

  1. Add each platform once under Settings, Go live and paste its stream key. The key is kept encrypted on your PC.
  2. Tick the places you want on and press Go live. Your PC encodes the show once and sends it to each one.
  3. Watch the scene, the chat and the connection in one window. Press a scene or an alert whenever you need it.
  4. Press Stop when you are done. The recording of the whole show is already saved on your PC.

What to know first

Your upload speed is the real limit: every place needs its own copy of your picture. The installer is for Windows; Mac and Linux builds are not published yet. Run the upload speed test before a long show.

Questions

Can a guest have their own name bar?

Yes. Add a name bar for each guest and press the one you need when they speak.

Want all of this in one app?

Streamdzy is a free streaming and recording app for Windows: several cameras, your phone as a camera, going live to many places at once, and recording first so a bad connection never costs you the show.
