How to Reset a Twitch Stream Key
If your Twitch stream key was shared or leaked, reset it on Twitch and paste the new one into Streamdzy.
The short answer
In the Twitch Creator Dashboard under Stream settings, generate a new key, then replace the old key under Settings, Go live in Streamdzy.
How to do it in Streamdzy
- Open the platform’s live or creator settings and copy the stream key and address it shows.
- In Streamdzy, open Settings, Go live, add the place once, and paste the key.
- Connect a camera or a phone, then run a short private test and listen to the sound.
- Tick the places for the show and press Go live. Keep the key private.
What to know first
Platform menus change. If a name has moved, search the platform’s own help for “stream key”. Each key is kept encrypted on your PC.

Does resetting break my channel?
No. Only the key changes; the channel and its followers stay.
