Updates Setting Explained
The Updates setting shows your version, checks for a newer one and keeps Streamdzy up to date by itself.
The short answer
Turn on keep Streamdzy up to date by itself to download new versions in the background and install them when you close the app. Check now asks straight away.
How to do it in Streamdzy
- Open Settings in Streamdzy and find the screen for the setting.
- Change one setting, then check the picture or sound in a short test.
- Use the Health check to see whether your PC keeps the change.
- Save the arrangement as a scene, so the setting is ready for the next show.

Settings depend on your PC, your cameras and your connection. The Health check and the upload test show what each one can carry.
Questions
Will an update interrupt my show?
No. Updates never download while a recording or show runs, and they install when you close the app.
