Streamdzy Feels Slow: What to Check
Streamdzy feels slow or hot: check the picture quality, close other programs and run the Health check to see the load.
The short answer
Lower the picture quality, close programs you do not need, and run the Health check. A lower quality keeps the app and the computer cooler.
How to do it in Streamdzy
- Find the problem in the list, and try the first step only.
- Check it again with a short test, before you go live or record.
- If it still happens, run the Health check and the upload speed test, and note what they show.
- Update Streamdzy from Settings, Updates, if the problem is one we have fixed in a newer version.
What to know first
Some problems come from the PC, the network or the platform rather than the app. Streamdzy’s checks show which one it is; a connection that is down cannot be fixed by the app.
