Recording Stopped Because the Disk Is Full
A recording stopped because the disk is nearly full: free up space or choose another folder and record again.
The short answer
Free space on the disk or pick a different recordings folder under Recordings, then start a new recording. Streamdzy stops a recording when the disk is nearly full to protect the file.
How to do it in Streamdzy
- Find the problem in the list, and try the first step only.
- Check it again with a short test, before you go live or record.
- If it still happens, run the Health check and the upload speed test, and note what they show.
- Update Streamdzy from Settings, Updates, if the problem is one we have fixed in a newer version.
What to know first
Some problems come from the PC, the network or the platform rather than the app. Streamdzy’s checks show which one it is; a connection that is down cannot be fixed by the app.
