Camera Is Already in Use: What to Do
The camera says it is in use by another app: find that app, close it and bring your camera back into the stream.
The short answer
Close the other app that is using the camera, such as a video call or another streaming program, then press refresh in the scene and choose the camera again.
How to do it in Streamdzy
- Find the problem in the list, and try the first step only.
- Check it again with a short test, before you go live or record.
- If it still happens, run the Health check and the upload speed test, and note what they show.
- Update Streamdzy from Settings, Updates, if the problem is one we have fixed in a newer version.
What to know first
