Head to head
Streamdzy vs Camtasia
Camtasia records and edits videos in one paid tool. Streamdzy records and streams, and leaves the editing to your own editor.
The short answer
Camtasia is a paid tool that records and edits. Streamdzy records your screen, camera and voice for free and streams them, and you edit in any editor.
How to do it in Streamdzy
- Write down the three things your show needs most, such as places, cameras, recording or guests.
- Check the other tool’s current price and limits on its own website.
- Run a ten-minute test of your show in each tool, and listen back to a short recording.
- Compare the results on your list, then choose. Streamdzy is free to download and try.
