Stream a Workout Class Live
Stream a workout or fitness class from a PC with a camera on the room, a counter for reps and a recording for people who train later.
The short answer
Add the room camera and a close camera on the instructor, use a counter for the set, and go live. The recording keeps each class for members who could not join.
How to do it in Streamdzy
- Add each platform once under Settings, Go live and paste its stream key. The key is kept encrypted on your PC.
- Tick the places you want on and press Go live. Your PC encodes the show once and sends it to each one.
- Watch the scene, the chat and the connection in one window. Press a scene or an alert whenever you need it.
- Press Stop when you are done. The recording of the whole show is already saved on your PC.
What to know first
Your upload speed is the real limit: every place needs its own copy of your picture. The installer is for Windows; Mac and Linux builds are not published yet. Run the upload speed test before a long show.

Can I count reps on screen?
Yes. A counter extension shows numbers you change with the buttons in the app or on your phone.
