Stream With Three Cameras on One PC

Use three cameras in one stream from one PC: arrange them in a grid, cut between them, or show one big with two small.

The short answer

Add the three cameras to a scene and choose a layout: one large with two small, a grid, or cut between them. Each camera is recorded on its own track.

How to do it in Streamdzy

  1. Add each platform once under Settings, Go live and paste its stream key. The key is kept encrypted on your PC.
  2. Tick the places you want on and press Go live. Your PC encodes the show once and sends it to each one.
  3. Watch the scene, the chat and the connection in one window. Press a scene or an alert whenever you need it.
  4. Press Stop when you are done. The recording of the whole show is already saved on your PC.

What to know first

Your upload speed is the real limit: every place needs its own copy of your picture. The installer is for Windows; Mac and Linux builds are not published yet. Run the upload speed test before a long show.

Questions

Will three cameras slow my PC down?

Each camera uses processing power. Run the Health check first, and pick a picture size that your PC can keep with all three running.

Want all of this in one app?

Streamdzy is a free streaming and recording app for Windows: several cameras, your phone as a camera, going live to many places at once, and recording first so a bad connection never costs you the show.
