Run a Marathon Stream for Hours
Stream for many hours, a charity marathon or a 24-hour challenge, with a record first safety net and a recording that runs the whole time.
The short answer
A running show is never cut off by the credit counting, and the recording keeps the whole marathon. Use record first so a long stall in your upload is hidden from viewers.
How to do it in Streamdzy
- Add each platform once under Settings, Go live and paste its stream key. The key is kept encrypted on your PC.
- Tick the places you want on and press Go live. Your PC encodes the show once and sends it to each one.
- Watch the scene, the chat and the connection in one window. Press a scene or an alert whenever you need it.
- Press Stop when you are done. The recording of the whole show is already saved on your PC.
What to know first
Your upload speed is the real limit: every place needs its own copy of your picture. The installer is for Windows; Mac and Linux builds are not published yet. Run the upload speed test before a long show.

Will the stream stop after 24 hours?
A show that is running is not cut off when its credit runs out. The app tells you once, and the stream keeps going.
