Fix Audio Out of Sync on a Stream
Why sound can run out of sync with the picture on a live stream, and how a delay setting and the picture quality help.
The short answer
Sound out of sync usually comes from a delay on one source. Check the delay setting of the camera and the sound feed, and use the same delay for both. Audio mixing itself is done by Tunedzy.
How to do it in Streamdzy
- Add each platform once under Settings, Go live and paste its stream key. The key is kept encrypted on your PC.
- Tick the places you want on and press Go live. Your PC encodes the show once and sends it to each one.
- Watch the scene, the chat and the connection in one window. Press a scene or an alert whenever you need it.
- Press Stop when you are done. The recording of the whole show is already saved on your PC.
What to know first
Your upload speed is the real limit: every place needs its own copy of your picture. The installer is for Windows; Mac and Linux builds are not published yet. Run the upload speed test before a long show.
