Save the Last 30 Seconds of a Stream
Save the last 30 seconds of your live picture as a clip with one press, for posting straight after a great moment.
The short answer
Press the clip button, or its shortcut, and the last 30 seconds of the picture are saved as a clip in your recordings folder. You can keep recording while you do it.
How to do it in Streamdzy
- Add each platform once under Settings, Go live and paste its stream key. The key is kept encrypted on your PC.
- Tick the places you want on and press Go live. Your PC encodes the show once and sends it to each one.
- Watch the scene, the chat and the connection in one window. Press a scene or an alert whenever you need it.
- Press Stop when you are done. The recording of the whole show is already saved on your PC.
What to know first
Your upload speed is the real limit: every place needs its own copy of your picture. The installer is for Windows; Mac and Linux builds are not published yet. Run the upload speed test before a long show.
Questions
Can I save a clip while I am still live?
Yes. Clips are cut from the recording while the stream carries on.
