Phone Camera Not Connecting: What to Check
Fix a phone camera that will not connect: the same network, the code, the browser and the phone’s camera permission.
The short answer
Check that the phone and the PC are on the same network, that the code is new, that the browser has camera permission, and that the phone is not in another app. Then press Connect again.

What to know first
A phone is a camera, not a second computer: its battery, heat and camera settings set the picture. Wi-Fi works well; a USB cable gives the steadiest picture. Use the webcam test to check the light.

Usually the browser has not been allowed the camera, or another app is using it. Allow the camera and close other apps.
