Recovery Key Explained
The recovery key lets you get back into your Streamdzy account if you forget the PIN or password. Keep it somewhere safe.
The short answer
When you make a login, Streamdzy shows a recovery key once. Write it down and keep it safe. It lets you set a new PIN if you forget the old one.
How to do it in Streamdzy
- Find the feature in the app under Settings, or in the scene and go-live controls.
- Turn it on, test it with a short private stream or a test recording, and check the result on your own screen.
- Save the setup as a scene or a preset, so you can switch to it with one press next time.
- Use the pricing page to see how use is counted: every feature is free, and one credit covers 24 hours.

Features depend on your PC, your cameras and your connection. The Health check shows what your computer can run before you go live.
Questions
What if I lose the recovery key?
Keep it safe. Without the recovery key and the PIN, the app cannot recover the account on its own.
