Read donations aloud on your stream

When a donation or a tip arrives, the alert plays a chime and reads the message out loud, so viewers hear it on the stream.

How it sounds on the stream

The alert chime and the spoken message come from your PC, so they reach viewers without the other sounds on your PC. Use a headset so the microphone does not pick up the alert twice.

Turn it on and test it

Under Alerts, turn on the donation alert and choose whether it is read aloud. Press the test button to hear it before the show.

What it does not do

Reading is done on your PC; the sound quality depends on the voice available there. Mixing the level with the rest of your sound is done in Tunedzy, which works alongside Streamdzy.

Questions

Can I turn the reading off?

Yes. Turn off the read-aloud option and keep the chime and the card.

Do viewers see the message?

Yes, the alert card shows the message as well as the sound.

Want all of this in one app?

Streamdzy is a free streaming and recording app for Windows: several cameras, your phone as a camera, going live to many places at once, and recording first so a bad connection never costs you the show.
