Alternatives
A Snagit Alternative for Video
An alternative to Snagit for recording video of your screen with your voice, not just screenshots.
The short answer
Snagit is known for screenshots and short captures. Streamdzy is for video: the screen, your camera and your voice, recorded to your PC.
How to do it in Streamdzy
- Write down what you need most: places to stream to, cameras, a phone camera, recording, and guests.
- Check the other tool’s current price and limits on its own website, since they change.
- Test your setup for ten minutes in each tool, including a short recording you listen to.
- Download Streamdzy free and compare it on the same list. The pricing page shows what is counted.
What to know first

Questions
Can Streamdzy take a screenshot?
Not as its purpose. It is a video tool.
Want all of this in one app?
Streamdzy is a free streaming and recording app for Windows: several cameras, your phone as a camera, going live to many places at once, and recording first so a bad connection never costs you the show.
