"It's too complicated"
Craft gives you most of the structure with far better typography and a gentler model. Capacities keeps the structure but makes objects real types rather than pages you styled. Both are much easier to hold in your head.
"It's got too expensive"
Fair — AI now lives on the $20 Business tier, so the all-in price rose. Obsidian is free forever locally (Sync is an optional $4/user/month annually). Logseq is free and open source. Apple Notes and Google Keep cost nothing at all.
"I want to own my data"
Obsidian or Logseq — plain markdown files on your disk. Anytype if you want local-first and encrypted with a more structured model.
"I keep building the system instead of doing the work"
This is the most common reason and the only one where a note app isn't the answer. The pull of Notion is that configuring feels productive. What actually fixes it is a tool with nothing to configure and a visible clock — which is what Fuidzy is for.
Simpler → Craft. Cheaper → Obsidian or Logseq. Ownership → Obsidian or Anytype. Stop fiddling and do the work → Fuidzy.
