GarageBand is a free app included with Apple devices. It records, arranges and mixes music, and includes instruments and loops. It is a strong starting point for making songs on a Mac or an iPhone. Check Apple’s own page for the current version.
Tunedzy is for the voice: cleaning a rough recording, editing it by its words, mixing voices with music you bring in, and exporting at a loudness target. It does not make beats and does not run virtual instruments. The Windows app is the full version; Tunedzy Go runs in a phone browser for a quick cleanup.
