Auto-duck lowers the music under the voices in Multitrack and lets it return in the gaps. It keeps the words clear without you drawing the volume by hand.

How it works
Auto-duck treats the voice as the trigger. When the voice speaks, the music or effects are turned down by the amount you set. When the voice stops, they come back. Overlapping ducks are merged so the music does not pump.
Setting it
Start with the default. If the music pumps, reduce the amount or slow the return. If the words still compete, increase the reduction slightly. Play the passage on a phone speaker too.
